These terms apply when you use the Growth Office AI website, submit a project enquiry, request a demo preview, or engage Growth Office AI for website, automation, marketing, or workflow services.

Growth Office AI provides small-business website planning, landing pages, service pages, SEO and AI-search setup, project brief intake, WhatsApp follow-up workflows, CRM handoff, and related office automation.
Each project is scoped separately. A starter price, public offer, demo, audit, or estimate is not a final fixed quote unless it is confirmed in writing with a defined scope.
Domains, hosting, paid apps, ad spend, Meta fees, WhatsApp Business Platform fees, SMS, payment gateways, booking platforms, and other third-party costs are separate unless a written scope says otherwise.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Growth Office AI does not control their approvals, uptime, pricing, account decisions, or policy changes.
Growth Office AI can improve structure, clarity, tracking, and workflow execution, but it does not guarantee search rankings, ad approvals, Meta app approvals, WhatsApp sender approval, sales, leads, revenue, or platform access.
Business results depend on offer quality, market demand, pricing, content, follow-up, advertising, reputation, platform rules, and many external factors.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, lawful claims, brand assets, product or service details, compliance requirements, and approval for public content before launch.
Clients must not use Growth Office AI systems for spam, unlawful messages, deceptive claims, scraping personal WhatsApp apps, or activity that violates Meta, WhatsApp, advertising, privacy, or consumer law rules.
Official WhatsApp automation requires WhatsApp Business Platform configuration, approved senders where required, correct webhook setup, and compliance with WhatsApp messaging windows and template rules.
Meta Page publishing, ads, and app permissions may require account access, business verification, app review, advanced access, and ongoing compliance with Meta policies.
Unless agreed otherwise, clients own their supplied business content and brand assets. Growth Office AI may reuse general know-how, templates, code patterns, and non-confidential workflow methods.
Final deliverable ownership, source access, licensing, and transfer terms should be confirmed in the project scope.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Office AI is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data, platform account restrictions, third-party outages, or business interruption arising from use of the website or services.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
