Use this page to request deletion of information associated with Growth Office AI website enquiries, WhatsApp workflows, Facebook or Instagram Page workflows, and other Meta platform integrations.

Submit a request through the project brief form on the contact section of this website or message Growth Office AI through WhatsApp.
Include the phrase "User Data Deletion Request" and provide enough detail to identify the record, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp number, Page name, or the approximate date of the interaction.
We can delete or anonymize project enquiry records, contact details, brief notes, message history stored by Growth Office AI, demo request data, and records associated with a connected Meta or WhatsApp workflow where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
If the data also exists inside Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or another third-party platform, you may need to use that platform's account tools to delete the original platform data.
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute handling, legal obligations, platform policy compliance, or system backup integrity.
Where full deletion is not possible, we will limit or anonymize the data where reasonable.
We aim to review deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information if we cannot identify the record or need to confirm that the requester is authorized to act for the relevant business or account.
